As the owner of Tom Power Painting, I’ve spent the past three years dedicated to transforming both residential and commercial spaces. My key responsibilities involve facilitating business, sales, and daily operations, but my real passion lies in exceeding client expectations on every project, no matter the size.

When I’m not working, I cherish time with my family, especially my three kids, who keep our lives busy and fun. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy golfing, staying fit, perfecting my smoking meat techniques, and traveling whenever I can.

A little fun fact about me: I grew up in beautiful Sarasota, FL. My twin brother and I moved to Kentucky to play collegiate baseball, and after our playing days ended, we both found our way into insurance sales before purchasing contracting companies. This journey has ultimately led me to where I am today in the painting industry.

From managing vendor and customer relations to keeping our executives organized, I thrive on ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision in all of my administrative duties.

Customer service is my true passion. I am dedicated to going above and beyond to ensure every client, big or small, walks away satisfied. In our word-of-mouth business, a happy customer is not just a win—it’s a reflection of our commitment to excellence.

Off the clock, I cherish time spent with my adopted, vibrant 9 year-old daughter, helping her explore the world in her unique way, and making memories with my love. I’m also a proud mom of 4 adult children and a grandmother to 10, which fills my life with joy. Cooking helps to fuel my creative spirit.

For me, life is all about finding balance, nurturing connections, and embracing opportunities to make a difference—both at work and at home.

I’m passionate about supporting project teams by providing accurate and timely estimates, assisting with preconstruction planning, and ensuring that clients have the clarity they need to confidently move forward with their projects.

What I enjoy most in my role is bringing clarity to the early stages of a project. Knowing that the estimates I provide help clients make smarter decisions truly motivates me.

On my days off, I love unwinding with family and friends, catching up on good music, or exploring something new. My hobbies include traveling, discovering new restaurants, making music, and staying updated on industry and business trends. A fun fact about me is that I’m highly persistent; I can make hundreds of calls in a day and still keep my energy going strong.

As Project Manager, I have a passion for ensuring that our projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. My primary responsibility is to act as the bridge between our customers, the crew, and the company owner. I believe that effective communication is key to achieving customer satisfaction, and I always strive to exceed expectations.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and enjoying a round of golf. Sports are a big part of my life—I’m an enthusiast for all kinds, and I also enjoy hiking and traveling whenever I can. A fun fact about me is that I’ve completed two full marathons and numerous half marathons, with my first marathon finishing in under four hours!
